Booking your wedding can be so overwhelming. With so many options and many talented people, its hard to choose the right one! We at Platinum Production make it so much easier to hire the photographer and videographer. Below you will find all the answers to the most popular question.

What type of photography do you do?

We try to capture your wedding as the day progresses. Candid shots is what we love, but in occasions we will do styled-posed shoot.

Do you provide prints?

We do not provide prints however we do release the copyright from all the photos, meaning all the photos belong to you and us. You have the right to print at your will, which can save you so much. The Platinum Package does come with a beautiful 8x11 photo album.

How many hours are you at my wedding?

Ideally you want the photographer to be present your entire wedding day, from the moment you start getting ready until the final exit. You definitely want the first-look, getting ready shots, the Gold Package would be a good fit.

Does the fee include the engagement or bridal photoshoot?

We offer the bridal/engagement photo session free of charge only if booking for the Platinum Package!

How long before we get the photos/videos?

How will we receive our photos?

Since we are a husband & wife team, we focus 100% on each of our clients needs and wants, we will have everything ready in less than four weeks all placed in a customized flash drive. The Platinum Package does include an online gallery! You can share all your photos with family and friends.

Why are your prices so affordable compared to others in your town?

Working together as husband and wife, we are able to provide amazing discounts to couple interested in both photography and videography.

If we cancel our wedding, what happens to our deposit?

The client can cancel the contract at any time by given written notice, but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Canceling in less than 6 weeks before the event will result in the full payment becoming due.

How much deposit is required?

A 50% deposit is required to save the date. Ask about our payment plan as well.
